Ongoing garden maintenance - Milford/Castor Bay area

Looking for a budget-friendly someone to come in once a week for an hour or one a fortnight for two hours to (i) mow the lawns (ii) clear out dead leaves (iii) trim hedges/prune (iv) do some weeding (v) maybe a little bit of re-planting. We previously did this ourselves, but now too busy with work. We essentially want it to look as similar as possible to the below picture.
