Monthly garden maintenance

Our property is approx 2300m2, half of which is in lawns and gardens. Apart from big treework I have been looking after the garden myself for the last 10 years, which has started to become a bit challenging. I’d like to continue with what I can manage myself but looking for help with some things on a monthly basis, including planting, weeding/spraying, raking leaves, clipping etc. What’s required will vary from month to month. I normally fill a 3 cbm waste bin with garden rubbish every 4-6 weeks and this job would include assistance with filling the bin or alternatively disposal of garden rubbish. Garden is well established and a reasonably structured mix of subtropical, natives, and a wide range of other plants. I have big trees maintained every 6 months. Flexible on dates for maintenance.
