Overgrown Lawn needs full clear/tidy

Need grass mowed, edges/hedge trimmed and weeds removed. Grass is very long and weeds like Tradiscantia also need to be fully cleared. Hedge needs to be trimmed back (along bottom where it falls down over the fence). Edges need to be trimmed and grass removed from along fenceline/house/paving areas and decking. All plant and grass cuttings from the property need to be taken away. If job is done well there will be opportunity for regular lawn maintenance at this property if you are interested.
