Veggie Garden Cleaning and Planting

We have a veggie garden created by the previous tenants. We would like an expert to come and help us clean, explain us how to take care of it and plant more veggies and herbs in the available space we have. The veggie garden patches aren't very big, so we guess it won't take a lot of time as we will be helping as well. After this job done, we want to create raised garden beds, so if the person can quote us for that job as well when they are here, it would be great.
