Need old grass removed and new landscaping

Old grass needs to be removed from a very tough clay, the area is not large but you need to have appropriate tool as its not an easy job I would rather have a team then just one person Also need to plant new grass, we have the earth but we need recommendation for the right quantity Several gardening jobs to follow
