I asked Emma to clean up the garden in my retal property. I agreed to pay her hourly rates and that she needed to call me informing her work hours for the day's and removal of wastes. When I dropped by there at 3pm she was not there but she txt me that she worked by 6pm. After a few questions she told me she left at 3pm. The garden is messier than before due to the wastes she left. Now my tenant complains about the mess and I cannot trust anyting she says.

"The client text me at 6pm, to check on me, and i messaged her replying "of course I had left by 6pm, I never work that late, its actually dark by then"). Apparently she took that as I worked TILL 6pm. She then messaged and asked for hours, and I told her I finished at 3pm. It was not after a few questions. We had already discussed on arrival I would make a start and be back the next day to finish and remove waste. Then she told me not to come back. So I did not get a chance to remove the waste."
