We have a large hedge approx 4-5m tall running along about 10m of our property, then about 20-30 m down our driveway. The whole hedge needs cutting back on both sides (ours and our neighbours) and topping. It is stepped running down the driveway.

William did a good enough job on the first day, said he was going to return this week to finish the rest and hasnt turned up. We have already paid him $580 for half a job...have tried calling several times on 2 different numbers to no avail. Disappointing....
