Property is just over 1000sqm. Has been left to grow whatever, over last six months. Needs weedeater to reduce, some privet removed, then fortnightly mowing, until auction - no date set yet but hopefully end of October. Sorry, cant show photo yet. Live in Waikato, house tenanted.
