Advice on Chilli plants, and prepare garden bed for transplanting

We have approx 60 Chilli plants of various varieties growing in greenhouse. Some showing brown spots. We need someone to come around for say half hour and give us some advice as to what plants to replant in garden bed and how to improve health of plants. Then in 2 weeks to prepare garden bed ready form us to transplant chillis
