Garden clean up / tidy up

Our rental property needs garden clean up and tidy up. I have gone into cut major parts - and there are 3 garden rubbish piles which need to go. Also would like to get further minor tidy up job around the site of approx 700m2 or so. We need to get it done ASAP, as previous gardener who we have arranged did not turn up after 3 weeks of wait. And the house is getting delayed to be rented out. We want someone who is punctual and would actually carry out the promised work efficiently. It's located very close to Rangitoto College - and rubbish dump can be done at Constellation Drive which is only 5 mins away from the site.
