Gardening driveway side garden

The side of the driveway is massively overgrown. We need it all to be tidied up. Also down the end of the driveway, there is grass and weeds growing through the concrete that needs to be tidied up. Our tenant didn't do any maintenance and is leaving tomorrow, but said she would find someone to do the gardens, which she hasn't managed to do.
