Preparing ground to plant

The digger has cleared the plants and stumps. I need someone to turn the soil ready for planting, removing small roots and rubble. It is flat. Quite a big area, 2 metres wide by 15 metres. Needs to be dug at least two spades depth Starting as soon as possible after 23 August. Estimated 20-30 hours work, schedule flexible but needs to be finished in 2-3 weeks.
