Job description
I have a 1350 sqm section with a 400 sqm house on it which was heavily planted out approx. 20 years ago. Every year or two it needs the large pittosporum type trees topped & a good trim up of all bushes to bring it back into order. I am guessing there would be approx. 60 hours work for one person. We have an orchard ladder which can be used but it would be best if other equipment required was your own. We are able to load & dump all greenery if left in a large pile. We would also be interested in an ongoing maintenance program for our section (approx. 6 hours / month). This would not include lawn mowing, weed eating or spraying just trimming of bushes.

Dwyer & Bird did an excellent job of our section. Tim was very professional in his approach. His workmanship was of a very high level and every day the place was left clean and tidy.
