General garden tidy ahead of open home Sat 31st August

We are looking for someone to come this week prior to our open home on Sat 31st August. Weather looking a bit rubbish so we’re flexible to work around that. Just needs to be completed before Saturday. We need weeding, mowing, leaf removal, and possibly some edging too (we don’t have an edging tool so would need to bring). Section is approx 400m2 so not massive. Would like the green waste removed as well after the job is done.
