Weed eating over growth

Our family usually does weed eating for our family cemetery -at Tangoio but he is injured from work. It usually takes one person about 5 hours to cut down the over growth and put into fadges for us to remove. It’s about 30m wide and 20m up estimate. Don’t need bottom area done just from the retaining wall upwards. And want removal of waste please. Ideally before Xmas. Will pay that day the work is done. And may move to regular monthly to maintain if it works out well.
