Tidy up of garden area

Looking for a gardener to tidy up the front area of a property to get it looking in better shape. Possibility to extend this to a larger job involving the back of the property. Mainly removal of weeds, some weed spraying, removal of some plants and shrubs and just a general tidy up. 2-3 hours every fortnight (depending on your hourly rate) and could be ongoing if you do a good job.
