Garden Edging - Bricks

We are looking to put in new garden edging using recycled bricks (as per the photos). Wanting to put down some mortar or concrete to stop the bricks from moving as well as prevent weeds from growing through them later. Also will likely need someone with stone cutter to be able to fit the bricks. We will supply the bricks, so we would be looking at labour + concrete/mortar costs to get the job done. We've also already dug out a trench as we want to paving bricks at grass level.
