i have a lilly pilly hedge infested with a white wax scale some area worst than others but is spreading to healthy plants.i feel have tried everything (conifdor and natural oils) and now need help before it kills the hedge some area have turned black on branches.total hedge is about 20 metres (infected 5-7 metres). spraying for other hedges too.
