Small yard - tidy up and make the grass grow again

Hi there, My new build townhouse 20sqm yard has been neglected for 6 months. I just took ownership and need to get it tidied up for the new tenants. I think the grass is kikuyu which apparently grows easily, so hopefully should regrow with some water and attention. I think it needs the following - rake dead grass and remove rubbish, weed around edges and in the flax bushes, and water it. Let me know if you think it needs something else. I want someone to do this job on Tuesday 1 April. Please give me a quote - hours & price, and if you can do this job on Tuesday. (possibly ongoing attention/watering for the next few weeks too)
