Ongoing contract - must be regular. 1) Require lawns & edges every 3-4 weeks approx. Spraying bark gardens and weed build up as required. Removal of rubbish, lawn clippings etc. Site to be mowed not just trimmed using a weed whacker. 2) Currently site needs a tidy up (prev contractor had to stop suddenly). Removal of moth plant (noxious weed ) on fence line, deadheading and removal of rubbish along the fence line. Weed & rubbish removal from barked gardens & 8-12 week spraying cycle. Refill bark as required. 3) Discussion / quote on cleaning out around on site Power Grid installation. Repair / replace wire fence. Invoices must be regular to Landlord group Chairperson plus copy to Bodycorp Administration for payment.
