urgent gardening needed! please help

We're really in a pickle and need some urgent lawn and gardening work done - please help! We have been renting out our house until this past weekend and have been charged by property managers for garden maintenance. However, the lease ended this past week and we just visited the property again and were shocked at the state of the overgrown yard and garden full of weeds, and flowering trees that haven't been trimmed in a long while. We are about to sell this house and need the photographer to come this week for the sale to go live next week - therefore, we really need someone to come and clean the yard and garden up really well - as soon as possible! Specifics include: -a lawn mow -weeding of the garden -trimming of some overgrown trees (not big trees but smaller flowering ones that are now growing into the windows of the house and covering the neighbours gutter for example). -weed spray and work so that you can actually see the brick path in the backyard again... -ideally also trimming the top of the big hedge at the front of the property (the front and sides of the large hedge were done not too long ago but the top needs a trim down, however this is not as important as the work needed on ground level).
