Hi there, We have this 4 properties ( we are 3 brothers but I manage this lawnmoving part) total land areas are : --- square meters Currently we paying total $163 for 3 weekly ongoing and take the lawn away. not planning to pay more. please contact me if you can do it regularly. If you can't afford; you should say it! You did a bad job which I ignored it but my srilankan and kiwi tenants also complained. You said you will come before Xmas and you did not. You also did not inform me or reply my text that you can not come. You had said my tenant wanted to do extra work but when I asked what extra work; you did not reply my msg or call. And you told me to look for someone else almost after 3 weeks when it was time for another Lawnmoving. You ruined my Xmas party!

"Before I start job, I already told customer, It’s 2 months overgrown grass, we can’t do catch away, so that’s it’s doesn’t look perfect and secondly he have 4 properties, it’s appox 2000sqm area, he wants catch away job in $163 after 3 weeks, it’s not possible. First time I did because I don’t know the exact area.
