Cook Strait Properties has two buildings in Petone recently refurbished and both properties require gardening works and potential ongoing garden maintenance around the portfolio of properties in Petone. Briefly, one property requires grass to be sown along the front (81 The Esplanade), and the other property requires garden beds to be planted in the carpark area (79 The Esplanade).
