Lawn mowing before new tenancy + possible garden shed removal / replace

My house will come to the end of a tenancy and start a new tenancy soon, so I want to get my garden to look a bit nicer than now. So really want to get the garden lawn mowed, and also seek the possibility to remove or replace a garden shed. In addition, get a cloth lining work done.
