Garden tidy and clearance
Job description
Clean-up of the garden and lawns. Section is approx 500m2 (inc. house) with various patches in trouble - stone areas grown through with dandelions, vege-plot and under-side of deck overrun with weeds, etc. After a couple of years of low maintenance seeking to have grounds restored to a maintainable state.

The work completed was good (included tidy of clippings etc) and scheduling was easy with job done on date agreed. While the duration was underestimated, they kept price at agreed total for the work completed. Some minor items were unable to be completed but by stopping work then it didn't lead to a cost overrun.
