front and back lawn mowing

Hi, I'm looking for someone to mow the front and back lawns (but not the hillside). The lawns are about 400m2. The front lawns were mowed a couple weeks ago, but the back hasn't been mowed for about 2 months. The first two photos show the front lawns. The third photo shows the property layout of front and back lawns (bush area is the hillside and will not be mowed). Looking for quotes for monthly or twice-monthly service.
