They showed up on time and were polite but they just cut the plants at ground level. We asked them back to dig the roots out as quoted for. They returned but didn't remove the roots (Agapanthus), they just sprayed them. We don't spray hence requiring the digging out job.

"It's always difficult to estimate time when working with root/stump removal although over half a trailer of roots removed (personally viewed). Would have required a digger to satisfy customer request as Agapanthus were growing on piled soil above ground level i.e moving a lot of soil."
