Looking for help to re-establish a low maintenance garden

Looking for some help to: - take out weeds in the garden, ideally keeping the flowers and fruit plants at the same time - put in low maintenance lawn and other things to stop weed growing - trim down the hedge (up to 3m from ground) - take away green waste The garden area is not big - less than 100m2 in total and is made up of 2 small strips and one long strips. There’s some hedge along the driveway that needs clearing too.
