Back yard tidy up

Hi, I need someone to come in and weed, tidy the lawn edges, water blast the paving, clean weeds from between the paving stones, rake, and time permitting clean the deck timber with a deck cleaner. Our yard is quite small, so it's not a large job, but lots of small things and I imagine it's a good day's work. Photos show back yard with paving and lawn. There's also a bit of weeding to do in the front yard.
