We need a garden step!

Please see pictures. Our garden is terraced and the bottom part has no access apart from a dodgy old stump that's getting a bit unsteady. We want to have a decent wide step that leads from the second tier down to the third. Can be concrete / wood / whatever really. There's a concrete base at the bottom (see photos) that would be good to show you the width of the step(s) we want leading down. Basically the concrete base would be the last step (if you get my drift) Sorry for the strange instructions but take a look and let me know your thoughts and an approximate price if you're keen.
