Spring weeding and mulching

Our garden got away on us and is full of spring weeds. We need a hand clearing the weeds from our property, around our fruit trees and in our garden beds, and then we would like a nice thick layer of mulch added to the garden. We don’t want it just weed whacked - but weeds pulled out or dug out. There’s quite a bit of grasses and oxalis. The green waste would need to be taken away.
