Law mowing + spraying

It's actually Leithfield Beach. Mowing lawns & spraying edges when necessary. The house in pic, is apparently 100m squared. The yards around 820m squared including a long driveway (mostly gravel). There's a drainage ditch (along longest angled side), shed, path/cobbled bricks in front mostly & concrete or bark areas decreasing lawn size. But I'm turning some 'gardens' back to lawn. What would your fee be, please? Repeated every 3-4? weeks? Sorry about delay, cheers
