I have a large garden with plenty of work available. Trees and shrub pruning and lawn mowing. The driveway is moss covered, I have a method using Janola, which keeps it clean for up to 2 years and I will require that this system is used. Every few months a small sump to the water tank has to be cleaned out along with a downpipe. I expect 3-4 hours per person per month.
