1 Years lawn mowing contract, plus initial cut

Lawn Mowing Contract for 1 year on empty section in Foxton Beach. Site Address is 13 Teppett Place, Foxton Beach, Foxton. Section size is approx 670 sq metres Site needs an initial cut as has been a few months since last done, and a regular monthly cut and edges done to keep maintained. Can I please get a quote for initial , plus a quote for 12 x monthly cost , so that we can agree an annual cost for this. Note, if building plans don't proceed as fast as expected, then this lawn mowing contract would continue on past 1 year.
