New Lawn in Whiritoa

We recently had some work done at our place in Whiritoa. Most of the lawn at the front was removed and the rest was damaged badly. There's no topsoil. I've tried to put down grass seed but it's essentially just sand. We'd like to lay a flat lawn, probably laying turf. Will probably need topsoil too.
