Gardener for commercial sites

We manage a number of commercial properties in Havelock, Hastings and Napier. Looking for a gardener that will help keep the outsides looking great. General requirements on an ongoing basis - properties require services from monthly to quarterly: 1. To tidy gardens, cut back larger stuff, trim hedges 2. To make sure carpark channels are tidy, sweep where required 3. Pick up rubbish, where required 4. General weed spraying 5. Turn on irrigation while onsite 6. Advise of any breakages or issues
