Garden removal, re-do & re-grass

We have a garden, currently with lots of native grasses and 4 small trees. We would like the following done to the garden: - grasses removed (but kept aside for re-sale) - weeds and all other plants removed (except the trees) - garden re-shaped around the existing trees - Plant approx 40 x griselinia plants along fence line (we already have the plants) - area not put back into garden to be grassed - transplant 4-5 native shrubs from another garden - spread mulch in garden - possibly install a concrete garden edging around the garden (quote with and without) - quote with waste removal and without. Note: there is an irrigation system under the ground which will require caution when digging etc.
