"Apologies to this client about the communication. It has been a busy last few weeks/months with having a new born among other things. However I did reply to missed calls and texts before my number was changed (0273157984). Also this job was not planned for a regular ongoing job. The client did make it aware that he would like another mow but on the basis of when he was ready so we had other work planned ahead of time. Again we do apologize for the lack of communication in regards."
