Responsive, great experienced work result, and easy to discuss details with. Accommodating and quick to sort even a mistake by a third party contractor, FOC. Prompt to complete the work, and went beyond the call of duty to help / update me about progress, which is rare these days i might add, as i live in Auckland so it was difficult to know exactly what was happening from afar.
