Prune back tree from fenceline

Hi I have a tree growing over my fence line that needs pruned back. There is a climbing weed growing through the tree as well. I have a good relationship with the neighbor and they are fine with the pruning and the tree can be accessed from both properties. I would like: 1. The tree pruned back to the fence line and reduced in height. No need for tree removal 2. The climbing vine traced back to it's root and killed if possible 3. I am planning on getting a green waste skip so no need to remove the cuttings from my property, but all cuttings should be left on my side of the property and cut small enough for a person to lift. Ideally this would be done before the 14th January. Thank you.
