Weekly mow of tiny lawn

I am looking for someone to come in and mow my tiny lawn once a week while I sell my house. It goes on the market end of Jan, so I’m looking for someone to come in weekly from now(ish) until end of Feb at the earliest, and later if it takes longer to sell. The lawn is tiny, and it’s in a bit of a state now so the first run would involve a bit of weed whacking first before you could run a mower on it. I would also need any clippings removed and the edges trimmed as needed.
