Garden cleanup - please help us get rid of the bloody nasturtiums!

Hi, we need a clean-up of our garden, an area about 16m x 16m that is currently out of control. We would like weed vines removed (two currently choking 3-4m high trees, and nasturtiums coming up faster than we can rip them out), and we need the 4m x 3m vegie patch cleared of everything except the 4 bushes we want to keep (currently choked with 1-2m high weed, looks a bit like fennel, and numerous other weeds). Mowing the lawns would need a hand mower rather than a ride-on one (it's a steep section, accessed down a wooden ramp). We'd also like everything removed to be mulched, as well as the contents of our 1m x 1m x 2m compost heap, so that the weeds don't just start growing again straight out of the compost heap as they have in the past. It would probably be a day's work. Thanks.
