Gardening and green removal

I have a flat in South Dunedin, that has a small garden that needs weeding and spraying. It also has some brick pavers that weeds have grown in between that needs tidying up and sprayed. I can maintain it after the first spray. There is also ivy growing over the back fence that needs trimming and Lastly, a tree that was outside my front door, was blown over when we had those strong winds a few weeks ago and I would like it removed. It is not a big bushy tree, more like a tall bush and I moved it further down the section, without help so it is not a great weight. Probably needs to be sawed into 2 or 3 parts to be taken away. I am looking for quotes for this job. Many Thanks.
