Student flat garden tidy up - routine job

We are looking for someone to come in and tidy up the gardens on our student flat in Dunedin a couple of times a year (approx. 3). This would involve weeding the front and rear gardens, cutting back the shrubs, removing rubbish and waste to keep everything neat and tidy. We'd like the job to be done in the next few weeks and then again in December.
