Garden/exterior tidy up

Looking for someone to do the following maintenence from now until mid january: Lawns and weedeating (fortnightly) Weed spraying, Gutter cleaning, House washing, Fence cleaning, Garden weeding, Yard tidy up. Each of these a one off project. House is 2 story with steep roof Section is sloped, main garden to weed is steep.
