Tree stump grinding/removal

Hello. I am working on a DIY lawn job and undercover a tree stump, see attached images. Looking for help to either remove or grind the stump to a level where I can have a flat area for the new lawn. Just need help with the removal/grinding, I'll level the area. Thanks
