Ongoing Lawn mowing, maintaice of gardening etc on a monthly basis #2

We are needing a grounds keeper/gardener for both our Bealey Ave and Whitmore St sites. Services required are: - Mowing the small patch of lawn inside and berm outside Whitmore (monthly/fortnightly/weekly depending on seasonality) - Quarterly Gardening including weeding, replacement of bark chips, removing flax leaves, tidying up the gardening and other garden maintenance both sites - Leaf blowing leaves from carpark and walkways of both sites - Removing weeds on pathways and between cracks - Bush and tree trimming on an annual basis - Ad hoc jobs to ensure that site is tidy and presentable for Stop’s staff and clients Time of work: Outside of business hours to ensure privacy of our clients. Business hours are --- Monday to Friday. Weekends are preferable. Please email a quote or your hourly rate with estimated hours.
