Small Area Lawn Mowing Required

Seeking Reliable individual for Lawn Care, Gardening and Window Cleaning. Are you passionate about gardening and lawn care? I am seeking a reliable individual to maintain my small units lawns and front road strip on a regular basis. Some minimal gardening may be involved (Pulling out the odd weed here and there) Also would be a bonus if you clean windows! If you are interested then I would love to hear from you! Responsibilities: - Regularly mow the lawn in our small unit section and front road strip - Perform minimal gardening tasks, such as weeding, pruning, and trimming - Maintain a clean and well-groomed appearance of the lawn and stone and paved area - Ensure proper disposal of green waste (green bin) - Clean the windows of my unit to ensure a clean and streak free result Requirements: - Previous experience in lawn care, gardening and window cleaning preferred - Knowledge of lawn mowing techniques and gardening best practices - Self-motivated and able to work independently - Reliable and punctual with a strong attention to detail - Possession of necessary equipment/tools for the job Location: Shirley, Christchurch Compensation: To be discussed, please include your hourly rate or per visit rate when contacting me.
