Garden tidy up

Hello, I am planning to put my house on the market for sale in the next couple of months and the garden needs a good tidy up before I do that. Mainly I require some trimming of trees and small box hedges, weeding, two small stump removals and a little bit of planting some new shrubs or small trees.
