Lawn mowing, weeding & hedge trimming

Hi, I have a small rental property management business in Christchurch. I have a new client in Woolston where the previous management under another company unfortunately did not keep an eye on the tenant’s responsibilities with maintaining the section. The lawns etc have also been unattended while a refresh of the interior of the property is being done between tenants. I’d like to get a quote for the following outdoor work. 1. Mow & edge front and back lawns 2. Weeding / tidying of front and back garden areas & driveway cracks 3. A tidy trim of hedge/s If you spot additional garden etc work that should be done, could you please itemise that in your quote, as it may be that the owner may need to get the ‘must do’ aspects done now and other aspects possibly later. I’m looking for someone who does great quality, highly reliable gardening etc work, with a good number of strong reviews. Given you would be doing work on our behalf, you would need to have public liability insurance and be happy to sign a standard contractor agreement with us. We are based in Christchurch and keen to establish an ongoing relationship with reliable trades that can also do future work in that area. Would appreciate it if you could indicate if you have capacity for this in the future. Please also let me know your upcoming availability - it would be ideal if possible to get a quote within the next few days, and the work done next week or early the week after.
